How it works ?
How are caps made?
Patronage
The factory cuts out of the fabric the pieces (patterns) which form all the sides of the cap and the visor .
It will take 5 or 6 panels to build up the crown of abaseball or snapback cap depending on the style chosen.
The visor is made from plastic material caught between two pieces of fabric for longer life.
Marking
You have chosen to print, embroider or create a patch, in order to obtain the best quality, the marking is carried out before assembly directly on the selected part of the fabric.
Assembly
The cap is then assembled by hand, starting with the different sides, the visor, the label, the fastener and then the button.
Finishing
The cap is placed on a mold which will give it its final shape.
